3. User Accounts

Account Creation

4. Subscription Terms

Dream Pro Subscription

Dream Pro is a monthly subscription service priced at $9.99 per month. The subscription includes:

  • Unlimited dream interpretations
  • Unlimited dream storage
  • Dream journal export
  • Dream trends analysis
  • Recurring dream alerts

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to Dream Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months
  • Your saved dreams will remain accessible in read-only mode

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of your initial subscription or any renewal. To request a refund, please contact us at the email address below. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purposes without our consent
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dream Interpreter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the dreams you submit. By submitting dreams, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Interpretations

Interpretations generated by our AI are provided for your personal use. You may share interpretations but may not commercially exploit them without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Dream interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice. We make no claims about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any interpretation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DREAM INTERPRETER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dream Interpreter and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
